Rockstar Games has opened pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, a limited collector's box priced at $399.99 on the Rockstar Store. The listing says plainly that the game is sold separately, and the box ships from 19 November 2026, the day GTA 6 launches.

What's in the Vice City Collection?
Rockstar lists 11 items, most of them themed around Macca the Gator, a TV show that exists inside the game's version of Florida, the state of Leonida. Two carry real-world brands, Oakley and New Era; the rest is Rockstar's own merchandise.

The mirror, razor-blade keychain and swizzle spoon have drawn the most attention. Eurogamer pointed out that together they read as a deliberate drug-paraphernalia joke, in keeping with the series' storylines. Rockstar's own copy goes no further than inviting buyers to "reflect on your life choices".
How much does it cost, and where does it ship?
The US price on the store is $399.99. VGC and Push Square both report £349.99 in the UK. We have not verified prices in other currencies, and shipping is charged on top at checkout.
According to the listing's FAQ, the box ships to 23 countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the US. Rockstar warns that local authorities outside the US and UK may add duties and taxes.

Why doesn't the box include the game?
Rockstar has not explained the choice, but it is not new. The Red Dead Redemption 2 Collector's Box was also sold without the game in 2018, at $99.99, as Variety reported at the time. The GTA 6 set costs four times as much and follows the same model: merchandise in one box, the game bought separately.
The sharper question is the map. IGN noted that earlier GTA and Red Dead games shipped with a physical map in the standard box, and said it had asked Rockstar whether GTA 6's boxed copies will too. Rockstar has not answered publicly, so whether a paper map comes with the regular game is still unknown.
What to do if you want one
- Sign in to a Rockstar Games account first: the store requires a log-in and allows one box per person.
- Check that your country is on the list of 23 before paying; outside the US and UK, budget for possible import duties.
- Order the game separately: the box contains no copy of GTA 6, and the listing mentions no in-game items or bonus content.
- Keep your order number: cancellations go through Rockstar's fulfilment partner Xsolla, not the Rockstar Store itself.
What it means for GTA 6 players
For anyone who only wants to play, nothing changes. The game is still due on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, according to Rockstar's GTA VI site, and the box is pure merchandise.
