Marvel's Wolverine is a single-player action-adventure game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It came out worldwide on PlayStation 5 on 15 September 2026.

It is a standalone entry in Insomniac's Marvel's Spider-Man series: it shares continuity with the studio's other Marvel games but tells a self-contained story. You play as Logan, an amnesiac mutant played by Liam McIntyre, who rejoins his old unit, Team X, to investigate the abduction of displaced mutants by the industrialist Bolivar Trask and the Reavers militia, while looking for answers about his own past. Combat is close-quarters and built around his adamantium claws, and Insomniac's own descriptions mention locations such as Madripoor and Shinjuku.

The game was announced in September 2021. Development material leaked when Insomniac was hit by a ransomware attack in December 2023, and the original creative and game directors, Brian Horton and Cameron Christian, had been replaced by Marcus Smith and Mike Daly by October 2024.

After launch, Wolverine became one of the first two games to support Sony's QSSR upscaler on the standard PS5, switched on by default from patch 1.002. This page collects AFK Journal's coverage of the game: news, patches and anything else that changes how it plays.
