Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival

Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival is a first-person survival horror game developed and published by Saber Interactive. It launched on 8 October 2026 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, and costs $39.99 on Steam in the US. It adapts the Hellraiser series that began with Clive Barker's 1986 novella The Hellbound Heart, and Doug Bradley, Pinhead's original film actor, returns to voice the character.

Players control Aiden, who makes a pact with Pinhead and the Cenobites in an attempt to get his girlfriend, Sunny, back. The game mixes stealth, scarce-ammo gunplay and breakable melee weapons with the Genesis Configuration, a reimagined puzzle box that lets Aiden hurl nails, blades and fire at enemies, plus chase and puzzle sequences inside the Labyrinth. It is explicit about both sex and gore.

Its launch split critics and players. Three days after release, OpenCritic's Top Critic Average stood at 73, while more than nine in ten Steam reviews were positive.
